Yea, nice professional idea. Let's just drag our butts and not even update people's applications after they have already shelled out hundreds of bucks. I can understand not updating the "Verified" or "complete" status until a few weeks after submission, but to not even update transcript reception is simply poor admin quality. Also, we, unlike med school students, send our transcripts to the individual schools this early in the game. If a school has the transcript, I'm sure they should be able to interview whom ever they want. Personally, I see no point of AACPMAS except to get out money,slow the process down even more, and attempt to mimic the MD/DO application cycle.

Why open a month early if this is too much a hassel to do their jobs right?
