interview's questions?

Hey guys,

So I submitted my pharm application for one pharmacy school and I am waiting to see whether they are going to have me for an interview or not...

Do you guys have any idea on what type of questions they normally ask applicants?

The only question that can come to my mind is why I want to do pharmacy--obvious one.

Can you predict other questions?

Here are some I posted in another thread ... also consider any situational questions that may come up. I didn't list those for the obvious reason that there are just too many/too long.

• Why UCSF?
• Tell me about yourself
• Why did you choose pharmacy? Or Why do you want to continue a career in pharmacy
• What distinguishes you from other candidates?
• What classes in your major did you like best? Least? Why?
• What motivates you most in pharmacy?
• Describe how you handle stress
• What do you consider your greatest strengths?
• What personal developments have you used to overcome any weakness?
• Discuss two accomplishments from college
• Does your GPA provide an accurate representation of your academic ability?
• How has your education prepared you for a Pharm.D. at UCSF?
• Define "ethical"
• Random situational/ethical questions.
• If a patient wanted a drug that conflicted with your beliefs/morals, what would you do?
• What challenges do you see in the field of pharmacy?
• What current issues do you see influencing the future direction of pharmacy and/or pharmacists?
• What type of role do you see yourself filling as a pharmacist?
