My committee letter was just completed, and I know that puts me at a disadvantage.
Should I send my committee packet individually to each school, or should I wait around for AADSAS to get to it?

i think you should go through AADSAS as some schools will only take stuff directly from AADSAS since they also act as a verifying agent for the school

I would do both. Unless they explicitly say not to. Can't hurt.

the committee at my school sent it directly with my advisor saying never to mail them through aadsas. if you search on this forum youll see that a lot of applications have been hung up by aadsas not mailing them asap or losing them! mail them directly; i know some schools say they "prefer" it through aadsas, but my advisor was sure it wouldnt be a problem to mail it directly and i didnt have any problems.
