Will programs offer interviews w/o a completed ERAS file? Mainly w/o all LOR's being submitted. I have a solid IM letter right now. I am doing my first anesthesia rotation starting next week and plan on asking for a LOR from that and then I have an anesthesia rotation at a different institution starting the last week of August and plan to get a letter from that as well. Will programs offer interviews without this last letter or will they not even look at my app. until EVERYTHING is submitted?
