interviews with incomplete ERAS?

Have you heard of anyone getting interviews with their ERAS being incomplete? I am missing two LORs ( out of 4) and a rotation grade, which is not in the area I am applying for. Any hope?

Yup. Got most of my interviews before my 4th LOR was in.
