Hi, this may be a dumb question but,

How many interviews in total should one get or hope to have to get a good chance of at least 1 acceptance offer? (assuming one is a normal creature and all the interviews go smoothly 😵)

i think one guy here had around 4-5 interviews and all wait listed. You just never know sometimes. Just work on getting that one interview and work from there.

All you need is one, but as you could have guessed, you'll never know if that one, two, or three will be your golden ticket. In other words, aim for the sky and be happy with landing on a cloud.

It depends how good you are at interviewing. My buddy got one interview, and one acceptance. If you feel like you can kill it in the interview, then it may take just one.
