I think I turned in all my application requirements in early Dec. They said we'll hear back after the interview in 6-8 weeks.
I dont think I'll be getting in this year though...felt I did really bad on the professor interview and essay questions. Dont think I was very prepared. Will try again next year though...learn from my mistakes right? 🙂

a long time!
did my supplemental in Oct/Nov? (I think)...
i think they had my pharmcas and pcat a week before new years.
i send my transcipts for 2nd sem. to pharmcas as soon as they were available to me as well.
but, i don't think creighton considered my app. complete until they got every last thing from pharmcas - which was about 2 weeks ago.
maybe they go slower b/c they have such a late deadline - March 1st isn't it?

According to their website, you need to submit the applications (PharmCAS ans Creighton Supp) by March 1, but then you have until April 1 to get all the supporting materials in to the school (although you might not want to tell your prof that if he/she is a procrastinator 🙂🙂 )

I am not trying to brag at all TCB. I am just really truly confused as to why if other schools offered me an interview why the school I want to go to the most, in my home state, in the city where I grew up where I have been communicating, networking etc with people for a while has not offered me an interview. Does that make any sense? I really sorry if it came off like I am bragging, I am just very frustrated. I don't really know many other people in pre-pharmacy at my school so this is where I come to vent. I promise for you and anyone else out there that got the same impression that I will try to keep my thoughts/worries to myself and only express them aloud to my boyfriends gecko b/c I'm sure it wont mind. Sorry 🙁 Best of luck in all your future endeavors. 🙂

Hi, I just came back from the interview with OSU on 2/26. According to Heather, we are about midway in the interview process (we are the 6th interview session, and there will be another 5 to 6 interview session with ~20 students per session). Most of the interviews will be conducted in March and April, and the latest date you should be able to know about the admission decision is by the end of April. So hang in there, there is still time 🙂

Hey! I have been registered with SDN for a few months, just never posted anything. This forum is so helpful to future pharmacists, future physicians, etc. I have been blessed to receive 2 interviews thus far, out of the 4 schools I applied too. One school doesn't require an interview, so I am patiently waiting for one more invite. I have already interviewed at MCV and will be interviewing at Hampton University School of Pharmacy on 3/10/05. The admissions rep. called me today and said that they have been trying to contact me since Feb. 1, 2005. They were calling my house to schedule the interview and luckily when they called today my mother was there to give them my school phone number. I am elated about my 2nd interview and I am optimistic that everyone will get through this process smoothly. God Bless.

As of yesterday, I only had two interviews...UCSF and UOP. I applied to Western and USC but never heard back from them, so I pretty much assumed that they didn't want me. I had built an attachment toward the first school that accepted me- uop.
Then...today, I got a call from Western for an interview. Then later when I got home, I got a letter from USC for an interview! I should be excited...and I know some point later I will be, but right now, I am just so shocked that I finally got interviews from them. Schools are so unpredictable.

finished interviewing but still haven't heard back from all yet (in alphabetical order):
Albany - submitted PharmCAS in Sept, saw the $100 supp fee for the supp (no essay required, just the money, which was odd) and ran away
Loma Linda - finished 10/15, invited mid Dec, IVed 1/6, accepted 1/6
UCSD - finished 11/1, invited late Dec, IVed 1/22, accepted 3/7
UCSF - finished 11/1, invited late Dec, IVed 2/17
UNM - finished 11/29, withdrew app in Jan
UOP - finished 8/27, invited mid Sept but invitation was lost in the mail for a while, IVed 11/5, told to wait until April for decisions ("Please wait until April for our decisions")
USC - finished 9/1, invited mid Oct, IVed 11/6, accepted 12/8
WSU - submitted PharmCAS in Nov, didn't finish supp, withdrew app sometime later
