Intro Calc???

Hi everyone

I have a quick question for anyone who konws. I took Intro to calc at my university instead of Calc I since i had no previous calc exp. Does intro to calc count as part of the science GPA? Also, so you recommend taking Calc I as well. Is calc on the DAT math section?
