follow this advice and you are guaranteed to do well:

1. you need a firm understanding of path (use BRS Path)
2. get Pre-Test Physical Diagnosis and do your best with it
3. review the behavioral science section in First Aid

the Pre-Test book is gold for this test, but you need to know your path in general

A second for pre test physcial diagnosis. This book was particularly on point. Also, some choice tables in the Bates physcial dx book can be helpful (in particular, differential for lung sounds, differential for cardiac murmurs).

Believe it or not, it's kind of a fun shelf exam to take.
