Unfortunately this course is offered by the school of education at my university does that make it ineligible as a BCPM course?

Anatomy should = BCPM.

I took a genetics course through the English department at my school (it was a writing/ethics class with regards to genetics, but was only open to science majors, etc), and it counted as science for AACOMAS and AMCAS. Worst case scenario, you assume it's BCPM, put it that way, and if they disagree, they will change it. No harm, no foul.

are there any pre-reqs? I would have a hard time believing that it wouldn't count as BCPM considering you generally need bio 101/102 and genetics before taking physiology. Does your school combine education and kinesiology into one department? Mine does and it's a little weird at time. That's the only rationale I could make for offering a physiology course through the education school

nope, no pre-reqs it seems to be more structurally focused and intended for people w/o a bio background.
