Invertebrate on bio?

Do they ask questions regarding invertebrate anatomy and physiology on the DAT? According to the ADA's description of the test, they cover "Vertebrate Anatomy and Physiology." This seems to answer my question, but then why does the Kaplan book go into the invertebrate systems?
