Hey I've been invited for interview at Temple U (FIRST ONE! YAY!) but I'm not sure what to expect.

What should I expect in general? What kind of specific questions do you think the interviewers would ask?

Any help would be great thanks!

Moved to pre-pharm forum because of topic.

Look at the interview feedback http://more.studentdoctor.net/schoollist.php?type=4
There's also a lot of threads about interviews with sample questions. Just search for them.
