Does anyone know if the interview invitations have pretty much ended? Is it time to contact some programs that I haven't heard from?

NO!! for sure they haven't ended!
they are just beginning...hold tight!
it also depends if you are an IMG or an AMG (or shall i say...will be). IMG-hopefuls traditionally recieve invites later after the AMG-hopefuls have set up their interviews....invites are usually sent in "rounds" from what i've heard....kind of like spurts. Each program can have many "rounds".
