Do you use Ioban for SCS trials?

Ioban sucks no matter what.

I use Integuseal for all implants.

Have a patient with continued elevated ESR (ordered by surgery) 9 months post op lumbar fusion, had post op infection with iv antibiotics, still in considerable pain , neuropathic, referred for scs trial. Mri (without contrast) no infection. Getting id clearance, any other recs before trial?

40s, CRP also above 6. Normal CBC. I dunno, sending to ID for clearance/work up.
