iPad Apps for PDF Textbooks

Hi! I am planning to download all of my textbooks onto my iPad in the form of PDFs for next year. I was wondering which PDF-viewing apps you all liked best? I need one that I can highlight and occasionally write on. I've heard some things about GoodNotes and GoodReader--has anyone used either? Thanks in advance

I use iAnnotate, and I know several folks who prefer Notability.
