Are there any good apps for file management for storage/downloading/sorting and viewing of PDF/docs/etc available that you could reccomend?

Evernote works well for me. I also recently updated my iPad and can download and view PDF fils from iBooks.

iAnnotate looks really interesting as well.

also check out nitro pdf reader in the evernote "trunk". allows you to highlight and annotate your pdfs on your computer, then send directly into evernote.

Now what about ppt viewers or editors other than keynote?? Any decent one s out there?

haven't seen anything for ppt yet. what'd i'd like to do is convert ppt to pdf and then use iAnnotate or nitro pdf reader to add notes to and then save to evernote.
