Technology Ipod nano question

I seem to have lost the usb cable to plug in my ipod nano to the comp and download songs... Is there a way to get a new one?

Also, I lost the software to install itunes on my comp. Could that be done off an apple site? How does that work?

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was actually addressing the Apple Software Update remark. However, on second thought, maybe that's also integrated into Windows versions of Apple programs, like iTunes. I have a Mac so I wasn't aware, if that's the case.

Yeah Windows people get their own Apple Software Update. It's annoying and tries to get you to install Safari even if you tell it to ignore the update.
