We are recruiting participants for a study that aims to investigate the prevalence of discriminatory experiences that Black physicians in the US experience, and to identify risk and protective factors, and mental health and career-related sequelae of discriminatory experiences. Please see the text below and the attached flyer for information about eligibility, participant compensation, and how to participate.
Participation involves completing a 10 to15-minute online survey.
Upon completion of the survey, participants will receive a $25 Amazon e-Gift card.
Eligibility requirements:
• You self-identify as Black, African, African American, Afro-Caribbean, or Afro-Latin
• Currently a medical trainee or physician or retired.
• You are currently training or working in the United States
• You are at least 18 years of age
