Hey everyone,

so from 2012-2017, NIMSA has created a powerpoint summarizing the match success rates of irish school graduates to Canadian and US residency programs, does anyone know where I can find the 2018 NIMSA Match Talk? This would be greatly appreciated!

how important are reference letters for the application? I only have 2 right now, one from a prof and one from a research supervisor. Should I have more? and if the letters themselves aren't super strong but are still positive, how would that seem?
