irregular ECs?

what do you think I should put down as "hours for extracurriculars" if one of them doesn't really have regular meetings? It's this thing called Club Scope, which is basically educating elementary students about oral hygiene and handing out brushes/floss/mouthwash....

I've racked up a bunch of hours, but there is no real "hours/week" sort of deal...

Should I just put 0 hrs/week, but put my total hours?

Just put the average number of hours if you can.

Say you meet for 4 hours a month on one day, I suppose you could say 1 hour a week average.

It is a tricky situation

Any other inputs out there?
