Irreversible sequestering of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum?

What is happening to calcium in relation to SR?

I dont have a good grasp of ehat "irreversible sequestering" means

Irreversible sequestering of calcium means calcium will not be released. If, as you say, it is sequestering from the SR, then no calcium is being brought to the SR. Sequestering by the SR means calcium will not leave the SR.
