I've just decided I'm going for Med school. I'm currently a biomedical engineering senior and I'm planning to apply next cycle.
I haven't started my MCAT yet. I'm planning to take the MCAT in January 2019. Is it too late? Is it possible to study in 4 months?
Also, I haven't taken Sociology yet and planning to study for that part myself. Any suggestion on that?

Thanks

How much time do you have to study? You said you’re a BME major, are you taking a full course load?

I studied for about five months. I was a psychology/English major so CARS/PS was basically untouched that whole time. I am also doing a postbac so I wasn’t taking classes, just working full time.

It’s definitely doable but only if you have the time to dedicate to it.

it depends on so many things....... 4 months of fairly intense study and familiarity with the material is easy. i'd say 2 months is probably minimum you'd need with good background...

now, if you are going to school full-time and have to backfill some stuff then 4 months is not enough OR more particularly i wouldn't recommend doing it during school......

of course you would have the xmas holidays and quite time in january but only you can evaluate those things
