I just took the Step 2CK and I am nervous. There were so many questions I didn't know. There were 4 EKG questions and I didn't know the answer to a single one. There were a bunch of AST/ALT questions I couldn't figure out, and a few cancer/blast crisis/ weird WBC that I didn't know. There were others, and I HOPE I'm just fixating on the ones I didn't know. Maybe I didn better than I think. I hope so.
About 1 week before the Step 2, I took NBME form 2 on the internet by paying $45. I scored 450/204 which translates as a pass. However, I heard that 450/204 is the magic number on form 2 that safely assures a pass (I understand that nothing is an absolute guarantee). I should have studied more and gotten a higher score, but ..oh well.
What are people's opinions on NBME form 2 score of 450/204? Should I be freaking out? Why do I feel like there were so many questions I didn't know?
