Is a C in a one-credit hour upper-level Chemistry course, bad?

Currently I am in Analytical Chemistry Laboratory. I already took the atrocious lecture component last semester. I hated it with all my heart. Even worse than p-chem. It was by far my least favorite course of all time. Unfortunately, last semester the laboratory component wouldn't fit into my schedule, so this semester I'm enrolled in the lab.

For some reason, I just assumed it would be like any other lab. You go in, don't really have to know much from the lecture course (they are usually completely separate), do the lab, write down your observations, maybe do one or two very basic calculations, and turn in your lab.

I turned out to be completely wrong, for the most part. The lab is awful. This weeks lab got out almost an hour late. And even worse, I actually have to recall things from last semester (which all went right out of my head the second I handed in my final). All of those horrible calculations and equations that I learned in lecture, are in the lab. Since the class is only one credit, I didn't really put much effort into the first lab report. Turns out I got a C+. I can still easily turn this around and get an A, but I really don't want to have to relearn this material. I will cry if I have to reopen my book from last semester. I know I'm being dramatic, but will a C in a one credit hour class kill me? I got an A- (by some miracle of God) in the lecture component.

For some reason, I just assumed it would be like organic lab. You go in, don't really have to know much from the lecture course (mechanisms/synthetic pathways weren't required), do the lab, write down your observations, maybe do one or two very basic calculations, and turn in your lab.

What's your GPA so far? Whatever you do, don't retake that class.

I hate analytical chemistry too and avoid it at all costs.

I mean, it's not SDN great, but I'm almost guaranteed an A in all of my other classes for this semester (all of which are BCPM).
