Is a EM sub specialty SLOE nearly as impactful as a EM SLOE?

Found the sub specialty SLOE uploaded in the CORD EM website.

Just wondering if everybody is using this, and it will be as impactful as a regular SLOE, if all rotations you manage to get are subspecialties and not regular EM.
