I've been looking through majors that I would enjoy, should I not get into med school as I have been advised a lot the past little bit. I want to be different, because my GPA will be not as high as others (I'm most likely gonna end up around 3.5-3.6 and my dream school is Michigan). So im looking at a movement science degree, or an athletic training degree, as coaching in sports is going to be my goal should med school not work out. Is movement science different enough to be interesting?

Different enough to be of interest to you? Or interesting to admissions committees when applying to medical schools? It’s a semi-unique major, but I don’t think it’s the type to get you further ahead in the admissions process than if you were a biology major. The unique majors that committed can find interesting are ones that bring you experiences or viewpoints most premeds don’t have - language, culture, political science, sociology type things. Movement science is still a science major.

It's advisable to major in a subject that truly interests you; and ace the pre-requisites for medical school. In general, adcoms are not going to care about your major.
