I am currently filling out the AMCAS and was just unsure about this. I got a warning in my sophomore year for a noise complaint. The person I met with simply gave me a warning but I am a bit confused if I should list this. It's not on my transcript and when I met him, he said that they don't disclose warnings to med schools. I also don't know if a warning counts as institutional action since I didn't have to do anything. However, at the same time, I don't want to lie on AMCAS, since they say to include everything.I don't think this would really matter too much if I did list it but I also want to avoid including it if I don't have to. I'm probably being a bit paranoid here but can I avoid listing it?

No. It's not an IA, it's nonsense and you shouldn't list it. Stop making so much noise and get off my damn lawn. Kids...

What'd you do to receive a noise complaint?
