Is acceptance ever contingent upon completion of “planned activities”? (TMDSAS)

A lot has changed for me so far in terms of my planned activities section (different jobs, possible moving to another city) and actually it will probably change even more as this application cycle progresses. Is it frowned upon or considered bad to drastically change my planned activities? And is it at all necessary to update schools that I’ve interviewed at? Wondering how much they care, honestly. Are they expecting me to do everything I said I would do (within reason of course) or else? I didn’t lie when I filled out my application but “life happens” and things have changed a lot in my life. How little is too little for them to care, and when should I (if at all) update?

My understanding is no as long as it’s not like you just dropped everything as soon as you found out you got in.

Wysdoc will probably be able to confirm or deny.

If, instead of joining the Peace Corps, you vacationed in Bali -- then I'd be a bit concerned. But if you worked as a scribe instead of an EMT or at this clinic instead of that one, then no one will care.

If you want to be extra careful, mention the change in any future interviews, and update any schools who accept you pre-match and ask if the change of plans endangers your acceptance in any way. (If you do that pre-match, you can re-rank accordingly.)
