I'm just curious if any of you are accepting your second or third choices while waiting for your first choice? I did get into and accept a program very recently but I'm just curious if accepting is binding in any way. I understand that one might not get a deposit back if you later withdraw before the start of classes but is there anything other than just that negative?

I'm wondering the same. I don't think this is a taboo or uncommon but I'm more concerned about the logistics of financial aid / loan application with multiple schools. At what point, beyond merely losing a deposit, do I have to make a final decision?

I need time to decide if a strong performance in the Drexel IMS program is good enough to get me accepted despite me taking a number of obvious distance classes or if I should opt for the safer but more limited LECOM program.

Spoke to someone at my SMP. It is fine and happens all the time. People get into med the day before classes and they're happy to see them go! Haha...
