Is an early February interview at Einstein going to hurt chances of acceptance?

I took the aug. mcat and received the interview invite from Einstein on Thursday. In the email it said the earliest date open was jan. 26th (wednesday), so I wanted to interview near the end of the week so i could chill with some friends in the nyc. My 1st choice was the 27th, then 28th and my last was Feb 3rd. I'm wondering if a week later will have that much of an impact? I did the SURP program this past summer at Einstein and really liked the school. Also do you think an early february interview will be more for the waitlist? I know einstein sends out the 1st batch of acceptances on Jan. 15th, im wondering what percent of seats remain open for those who interview after jan. 15th?

31 O Retook the mcat in aug.
3.78 cum, 3.59 bcpm
Emory-double major intl studies and biology
I did the Summer Undergrad Research Program at Einstein this past summer, so im pretty sure that helped me get an interview.
