I am attempting to sign in to OptomCAS so that I may complete my application and when I attempt to sign in, it continues loading at the "Add Programs" screen. Is anybody else having this problem? I am trying different browsers but the same problem occurs. Is anybody having similar problems in signing to OptomCAS?
