Is CDM harder than real QR?

So, Ive been going through the Crack math, and my score so far are 16, 17, 16, 18. I guess I'm just really good at guessing, because that's what it feels like I'm doing through the tests. Is the real QR this involved? It seems like the ADA sample tests are a lot easier...

My CDM scores were all around 20s...
in the actual DAT I ended up with a 17QR

I'm retaking my DAT and just started Math destroyer...
