I am under the impression that Columbia does not make decisions until the middle of Feb.

That's true, they don't. I believe (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the first wave of acceptances goes out on Feb. 1st. A second wave is sent sometime after, in the spring.

I know that if you check out their website, they give the specifics. The website also has a very fun intro. 😉
