It can be helpful, but it takes some work. The reason I dont really like it is because the explanations suck. The problems are good, but if you are trying to learn and you dont understand how to figure something out, the explanations they provide arent going to help. If you are diligent it might be worth the money.
I think an SAT math book or a college algebra guide like shaums is better.
thank you so much thundercatz!
i will just college algebra stuff..
hey do you know if there's any other practice tests other than
achiever, topscore, acethedat and kaplan??
i mean...good ones...

Im actually going through the Schaums College Algebra book right now. The book contains a bunch of worked out problems as well as supplemental problems. This should be more than enough practice problem IMO. My problem is I havent started on the math section and my test is a little than a week from now 😱.
well good luck with your dat..
actually i have little bit more than 2weeks left..
but i havent really gone through math stuff yet..haha
anyway! thanks for the info!
id get it... i got it and it was very helpful... i took the dat early this july and saw many of the same kinds of questions i encountered on crack the pat math.. i didnt really use it to study for the QR section because i read on here how it "sucks" and now i really really really really regret not using it as much as i could have... (the explanations do suck tho...) still managed an 18 in QR but i think 20+ could have been possible had i used that program more...
