Is Cuccurullo's PM&R Board Review, Third Edition available in PDF format? I've found it in kindle format on Amazon but I wand a PDF version for note taking and inserting images, etc. Is such a version available?

Thanks, thats too bad as PDF format is ideal for annotation and study. Kindle version not nearly as handy.

PDF is just way too easy to copy and distribute...good luck finding that.

Was planning on reading through it for recertification. I find it really hard to believe I don't need to study as I have been 100% pain medicine for 10 years, no EMGs even.
