Having a nice high HDL is of course thought to be a good thing from a cardiovascular risk standpoint.
But can HDL ever get TOO high? Is there a point where additional testing (perhaps subfractions?) would be indicated? Would this be particularly true for certain disease states (e.g., lupus)?
