ER here. Don't know if this section is active or not. Would appreciate the experts opinion on this case of whether an EKG is a STEMI. It's over on the ED SDN board here. Do you think this EKG is a STEMI

It's a stemi. Reciprocal changes and all. Like this is one you put on in ekg conference as an ice breaker.
