USMLE Is histology on step 3

Tried to do a quick google search and nothing came up. Do we have to know step 1 histology for step 3? Stuff like caterpillar cells seen in RHD, etc?

In case anyone comes in I got exactly one and it was pretty easy. IMO this is very very low yield and not worth anyone's time reviewing even if your goal is getting a 260.
