I am a nontraditional student. I have been plugging away at gen eds and prereqs for two years at a community college (dont worry I only took the remedial maths needed to get me to calculus, which I will enroll in at the university, and general biology there). I am transferring to my state university in the fall majoring in psychology and biology. I have done some volunteering here and there but nothing really "clinical" yet.
I have been given the opportunity to volunteer with a hospice in the area and was wondering if this would be a good opportunity. It seems heartbreaking.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
