Going into pedi pulm/sleep. Hoping to make 200k+, have maybe 3 days a week in clinic and a couple of days per week to read sleep studies/do other office work or clinical research. Maybe some inpatient time but not too too much, like maybe a month per year

Sounds completely do-able.
Just remember those ancient words of wisdom though - “We don’t get what we deserve, we get what we negotiate.”
Make sure you make it very clear to prospective employers what you are looking to do. If they won’t commit (preferably in writing), walk away.
