Is it better to cross reference AAMC concept lists while studying?

I know there's a list of topics on the MCAT that are presented in concepts (like, concept 3 is the understanding of etc,). Would it be a good idea to first look up thto concept and study the material in that order with Kaplan/EK/Khan academy. So, I would look up a concept, look up its details in my resources, and understand it thoroughly. Then go by the next concept on the list, and go through my resources once again, etc.
Is that a good study tactic or should so just go by how Kaplan/EK organizes itself by chapters?

I just went by the way it was presented in the study books. Not saying your plan is incorrect but it could be confusing jumping from area to area from these different materials as you work your way down the AAMC list. These testing companies are the standard for a reason; they by and large know what they're doing and know how to present the material.
