I am a real sucker for emergencies, a high-pressure workplace and lots of intellectual stuff. Should I go to the USA to practice medicine if I want such a workplace where I can find cases which challenge me? Interesting ones? Or is life at hospitals like Apollo in India just as challenging? I am looking for a challenging, demanding place with many interesting cases and technologies, by the way.
