I'm just finishing up my first year at community college and i am already finishing up all the prerequisites for my A.A, so I am doing all the science prerequisites that i need like Gen Chem I & II, Bio I & II, Physics I & II, and Orgo Chem I, and Calc I. These are for my second year, I can't do orgo chem II since my schedule is fully loaded and i want to pass with a good grade and i heard spacing out your pre-reqs is a smart thing. So i just wanted to transfer to a university and do my orgo chem II there. Is that a smart decision?

I don't see any reason why that would be a problem. Just be prepared for it to be a lot harder to get an A at a university than at a CC.

it is cool

also make sure to take more science classes at the university you transfer to

I took Orgo 2 off track, so I finished fall of my 3rd year. It's a nonissue.

Thank you guys for the replies i really appreciate it.

The only situation I can think of in which it may be an issue is if you were a chem major (since biochem tends to be taken junior yr)
