is it easy to get a training period as fellow in Quebec?

hi evey body
is is easy to get a training period as fellow in medical specialities in Quebec for IMG? I know that there are some conditions mentioned on the MCC site. But I dont know anybody who ve already got such a training. I would appreciate it if you share your expperience or information. Thanks
