My application was late, very late. They just received it on March 4th. I just got a secondary to Arizona. I'm wondering if its even worth it to submit it now? And I'm not an outstanding applicant by any means.

AZ-COM? I think you might as well give it a shot. Osteopathic programs often take in students at the last minute and hold interviews very late into the application year. One of my classmates interviewed at our school in June. There are always folks that had already sent in deposits to DO schools, but then drop out at the last minute because they were accepted off of an allopathic wait-list.

If it were an allopathic program, I'd say it wasn't worth it since they'd hold it against you if you came back next year as a re-applicant.

I'd say give it a shot, what do you have to lose? besides the secondary fee ya kno..

I actually submitted two secondaries two weeks ago and was notified that I got interviews at both schools last week . I say it's worth a shot!
