I understand that statement could come off as short sighted. There is one school/program in particular that uniquely lines up with my career goals and no other school is offering what they do. I want to show that I am extremely interested and would not even interview elsewhere if accepted but I am just unsure of how to eloquently state this. Or if I should state this at all. Thanks for the help!
Admissions deans treat these statement as lies

If you haven't already connected with the school's students, faculty, and admissions counselors, you would sound very desperate.

It's not that admissions directors and Dean's consider it a lie, but other committee members would probably not view you as favorably.
