So I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I've never seen it in actual writing. So here I am seeking the forum's thoughts.
I'm applying for a FTOS fellowship in my surgical subspecialty. One of the premier accredited fellowship programs is at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC.
Is it possible to do a FTOS fellowship at an OCONUS institution? probably not, but curiosity got the better of me.
