I don't get it. You log on here, to state you're on 'hiatus'? I think that much can be assumed if you're not posting.

Why the website at all, to begin with? This public forum is all the on-line venue we need to spill our vitriol.

Don't be cryptic. We all know the clown in the White House is waging a campaign of vengeance, but it doesn't really follow that he'd have it out for you personally.

He's probably got about as dim a view of milmed as you do. If he's even aware it exists, that is.

Why were you expecting the government to contact you?

You never know in this business.

I had a psych case on the wards once at Balboa, a Navy SEAL who insisted the Secret Service was out to get him. We all enjoyed a good hearty laugh at his schizophrenic ways.

A few hours later, the SS actually called the floor, spoke to the charge nurse, asking us to keep him admitted for a few days. Turns out he had previously worked for President Obama at the White House and had recently made threatening gestures. So the SS was actually out to get him! (he was still pretty crazy).
