Is it possible to add more schools later (in October) after submitted AAMC this week ?
or is it just one time only.

This has been asked quite a few times and the answer is yes, it's possible to add new schools. It's also probably in the AMCAS FAQ.

Yes, just update the schools you want and re-submit. It shouldnt slow you down any, it didnt for me.
