I was fortunate enough to be granted acceptance into my top choice medical school with a full tuition scholarship. Is it possible to get additional aid to cover living expenses as well or will nobody want to help my greedy ass trying to come out debt free?

Congratulations! The answer is usually school specific. Some schools award need based aid on top of merit based aid. Other school have a policy where merit aid recipients are not eligible for need based grants. If you want to maximize your chances, look for outside scholarship opportunities.
